How to Measure Your Foot

  1. Prepare the Materials:

    • A piece of paper larger than your foot
    • A pencil or pen
    • A ruler or measuring tape
  2. Measure Your Foot Length:

    • Place the paper on a hard, flat surface.
    • Stand with one foot on the paper, with your heel against a wall.
    • Mark the longest part of your foot (typically your toe) on the paper.
    • Use the ruler to measure the distance from the heel to the longest toe. Record this measurement in inches or centimeters.
  3. Measure Your Foot Width:

    • Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your foot.
    • Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.
  4. Find Your Size:

    • Refer to the Foot Size Chart below. Match your measurements to the corresponding shoe size.
    • For half sizes or wide/narrow feet, consider the additional guidance provided in the chart.
