How to Measure Your Foot

Prepare the Materials:
- A piece of paper larger than your foot
- A pencil or pen
- A ruler or measuring tape

Measure Your Foot Length:
- Place the paper on a hard, flat surface.
- Stand with one foot on the paper, with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the longest part of your foot (typically your toe) on the paper.
- Use the ruler to measure the distance from the heel to the longest toe. Record this measurement in inches or centimeters.

Measure Your Foot Width:
- Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your foot.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Find Your Size:
- Refer to the Foot Size Chart below. Match your measurements to the corresponding shoe size.
- For half sizes or wide/narrow feet, consider the additional guidance provided in the chart.
