Shipping Time

  • National orders are generally dispatched within 10–12 working days.
  • Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and the delivery location. Deliveries to certain locations may take longer depending on their accessibility and serviceability.

In case of any unexpected delay, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your email, WhatsApp, and SMS for regular updates.

Shipping Fees

National Shipping

  • Free shipping on all prepaid national orders.
  • A shipping fee of ₹200 is applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We allow a one-time return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.

Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

For all approved returns, the applicable amount will be issued as store credit.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
  • The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Once the store credit expires, it cannot be extended, reactivated, or redeemed for cash.

We will notify you via email once your return has been inspected and your store credit has been approved and issued.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us within this timeframe.

After 24 hours, the order may enter the processing stage, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
